Collecting Apples - Non-registered

July 3 - August 14, 2017. Head over to the main entrance to write your name and your achieved reading goal on a paper apple and bring it to the information desk. Apples will be collected at the info desk and then hung in the children’s section at the end of each week. Once you’ve achieved your goal for reading, set another goal and submit an apple to be hung on the tree! Let’s see how many we can collect throughout the summer!

Reading Log  - Non-registered                                                                             

July 3 - August 14, 2017. Grab a Reading Log Book from the library to keep track of each hour you read throughout the summer. For every hour read, you may enter your name in the draw for a weekly prize and your ballot will be held for the Grand Prize draw as well. Head over to the table by the main entrance to fill out a red ballot and then return it to the box at the information desk. 

Melvin the Moose - Non-registered                                                                

July 3 - August 14, 2017. Find Melvin the Moose who hides around the library in a different location each week. Once you find him, read him a book and then go to the table by the main entrance to write down the secret code (found on his collar) and your name onto a brown ballot. Then, enter it in the box at the information desk for a chance to win a weekly prize! You can play this game once a week.

Choo Choo the Clown

We are pleased to welcome back Choo Choo the Clown! Choo Choo has a passion for making children (and adults) laugh and have tons of fun. Join us for his hilarious comedy magic show and balloon sculptures.

Join us as we celebrate the history and diversity of     Canada through a selection of adapted stories, songs and activities drawn from a variety of    languages, stories and cultural backgrounds. By the end of this production, the children will have sung, danced, and many of them will have even performed on stage!
