Life isn't always easy and there often isn't enough time in our day to do all that is needed, but making time for ourselves and being mindful is essential to increasing our energy and emotional wellness.  Join Terry Ward, a Mental Health Clinician and Mental Health Program Team Leader at the Leduc Beaumont Devon Primary Care Network, in this session focused on relaxation and mindfulness strategies to de-stress your life and manage anxiety.
