Children's Summer Leaning Challenge

Summer Learning Challenge 2024 - Galaxies & Beyond
From Sept – June, children are focused on their education, yet when summer arrives, they tend to stop practicing their skills, making it difficult to return to a learning mindset in the fall. Are you looking for fun, free ways to ensure your kids continue growing and exploring throughout the summer?

Don’t worry, your library is here to help!

Join us for a space-themed summer to keep your children’s skills sharp and ensure they’re set for the new school year.

Children’s Summer Reading Challenge
The Reading Challenge is designed to inspire kids to explore the fun of reading their way – the key to building a lifelong love of reading. Record time spent reading each day, then visit the library website or swing by in person to enter the contest to win weekly and grand prizes. Each day of reading counts towards one ballot entered in the draw - the more days you spend reading the better your odds of winning great rewards!
